Returns and Exchange Policy:
At Sparrow Clothing we pride ourselves on offering the highest quality of merchandise. If you are not delighted with your purchase, please return the item, unused, unworn, and in its original condition, within 10 days. This 10 day grace period begins on the day that your purchase is shipped. Once your purchase has been received, you will be notified via email and issued your online store credit, less shipping costs. Please be aware that you are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange unless Sparrow Clothing has sent the wrong item. * Please also be aware that refunds are not permitted at this time. Please call Sparrow Clothing at (760) 672-0021 to redeem your online store credit.
Please note that Sparrow Clothing has the right to refuse the return of merchandise that does not meet our return policy.
Steps for making a return:

Pack your merchandise in appropriate packaging including your original packing |

receipt. Please make a copy for your records. |

Send the package using the return sender of your choice. UPS, FED EX, or
USPS. |

*Please remember to insure your package for the full value of your merchandise. |

Once your package is received, you will be notified via email. |

Shipping:
At Sparrow Clothing all shipping is done via Fed Ex, UPS, and USPS. The method of shipping will be dependent on the size and the value of the purchase. In the event of any undeliverable packages, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to and from the address. In this event an online store credit will be issued. Delivery on all shipments will be confirmed via email once the order is
placed.
*Please note that some items may be out of stock. We will make every attempt to contact you in the event of out of stock inventory. Some special orders can be made. Please contact customer service via email or phone if we are out of an item you want.
Shipping Fees (Sparrow Clothing does not ship to APO/PPO or PO boxes)
Ground: flat rate shipping of $8 on all packages
Please allow 2-7 days for ground.
Next Day: flat rate shipping of $20 on all packages
At the present time we are shipping to the continental US only. We hope to be offering international shipping soon. If you have any questions regarding international shipping, please contact us at

Order Processing:
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1:00 p.m. CST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will be shipped out within 24 hours. All orders placed after 1:00 p.m. CST will begin processing the next business day and will be shipped out within 24
hours.
Payment Methods:
We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express. Sparrow Clothing does not accept checks, cash, or money
orders.
